Customers are welcome to come inside the store for their supplies. Our staff are wearing masks for your protection and we have added extra cleaning and sanitizing procedures following CDC guidelines. We will continue to offer the same friendly, helpful, knowledgable customer care for you and your pets.
1. Call your preferred location.
2. Give us your name or phone number if you have shopped with us before, we're happy to help new customers as well!
3. Tell us the items you need. (We can look in your history for more details if needed.)
4. After we have made sure your items are in stock, we will take your credit card info over the phone and then you can pick up at your convenience!
We are now offering home delivery within a 5 mile radius of either of our two retail locations! For a flat fee of $9.99 we will deliver your pets' items safely to your home. Free delivery for orders over $100. To utilize home delivery:
1. Call the location within 5 miles of your home.
2. Give your name, address, phone number, and the items you would like to order.
3. After we have made sure your items are in stock, we will take your credit card info over the phone.
4. We will ask some delivery drop off questions such as where you prefer your order to be placed, how you want to be notified of its arrival, and if you would like it delivered on Monday or Thursday.
