Groomer
Our Mount Joy grooming book is completely full and needs another professional, experienced and team oriented groomer! We pride ourselves in having an enjoyable, calm atmosphere for our employees and the pets they groom! Keystone has wonderful reputation in the community, with new clients calling us every day wanting to get on our schedule.
Some highlights to working at Keystone are: Clients can leave tips on CC, we are closed on Sundays and groomers are off 2 Saturdays a month, we have a consistent walk-in nail trim business giving extra earning potential, our groomers average booked percentage is 95%, our sales floor managers do all the phone calls and scheduling, one-on-one salon, our groomers are W-2, and we have a great grooming team! Management Team
Keystone is looking for someone outgoing, organized and reliable to add to our management team. They need to have either 1+ years experience in a management roll, or 2+ years experience in retail/customer service. Must have good communication skills, ability to stock shelves, be organized, confident, compassionate, and most importantly, take care of customers in a friendly, and professional manner. We want someone that enjoys being a part of a team atmosphere and that will invest into the lives of our employees, customers and animals. Some highlights to working at Keystone are: PTO benefits for full time employees, discounts on supplies, overtime potential for managers interested, and we are closed every Sunday, typically work only 2 Saturdays a month.
Looking for someone to work 30-40 hours a week, must be available to work Monday-Saturday, daytime and evening hours (we may be able to work around some exclusions). Must have the ability to travel to both of our locations on a weekly basis. Starting wage depends upon level of experience. Must be 21 or older.
